In the testcase, add 100 listitems (or more) via the button provided, then scroll rapidly up and down with the mouse using the scrollbar. Listitems will disappear from the beginning or end of the list. They are no longer displayed, and it appears from DOM Inspector that their Position and Dimensions is set to 0. Sometimes they may come back, e.g. on further scrolling via the keyboard, but not always.

I can reproduce the issues on Nightly13.0a1. And I can reproduce the issues on Firefox4-12.0a2 as well.
